HOUSTON — A man allegedly pointed a gun at a family member and later assaulted an EMS provider while being treated, Click2Houston reported.
Rodney Moore, 35, faces charges of aggravated assault and assault on a public servant.
Harris County deputies were called to the man’s home because of a disturbance. He asked them for medical help.
While EMS providers were treating him in an ambulance, Moore allegedly tried to leave the rig, fighting the responders and head-butting one multiple times, causing injuries.
He has been arrested.
