James Weaver is the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions. With 25+ years of technology experience, James’ analytical-creative approach to marketing has earned him notable awards including the Presidential Award of Excellence, the Gold Award of Distinction and the Gold Effie Award from the American Marketing Association. Prior to Ericsson, James held finance, marketing and product marketing roles at Nortel and Avaya. James has a finance degree from Weber State University and an MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University. When not at work, James enjoys outdoor recreational sports and is proud of the fact that he has only had to call search and rescue once.
Cody Postier is an international telecom professional with over 20 years of experience, with time spent in Nigeria, Qatar and currently in the United States with AT&T. Cody’s current work focuses on the product strategy of AT&T’s FirstNet division, with a focus advancing the FirstNet 5G Network as well as the inclusion of new AI capabilities.
J.P. Baker has over five years of experience in product management and engineering roles with three patents and seven patent-pending inventions. J.P. focuses on identifying the best solutions to continue to exceed customer expectations in every product that L3Harris ships. J.P. has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. J.P. is married and currently resides in beautiful Rochester, New York. His hobbies include random engineering projects, spending time with his pet bird and traveling.
