VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Oy was the first member of the Virginia Beach EMS Therapy Dog Pilot Program. Oy was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.
During his treatments he was still able to visit EMS pesonnel.
