DALLAS — Weeks after video surfaced of a first responder allegedly kicking a homeless man on duty, Dallas Fire-Rescue fired the paramedic involved.
In a statement released on Saturday evening, Jason Evans, a spokesperson for the DFR, said that Brad Cox “was no longer a member of the department,” the Dallas Morning News reported.
Cox had been on administrative leave since the video went viral in September.
