ELKHART, Ind. - Medix Specialty Vehicles will be making the short drive to Indianapolis, Indiana, to attend FDIC 2023. The event will take place April 24-29, 2023; Medix Specialty Vehicles will be in Booth #5447 in the Indiana Convention Center with partner brands Demers Ambulances, Braun Ambulances, and Crestline Coach. In addition, Medix will have two new ambulances on display. Attendees can tour display units and connect with sales representatives Thursday from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
“It’s good to be heading back to FDIC,” says Rob Eichorst, Vice President of US Sales at Medix. “We always look forward to connecting with customers, educating attendees, visiting with dealer partners, and seeing what’s new in the Fire/EMS industry. This year, we are excited to show off two MSV-II 170 ambulances. Each is unique, but both showcase the high-value performance we offer in our quest to help first responders go safely, effectively, and efficiently. In addition, we want to thank our dealer partners First Class Emergency Vehicles in Monroe, NC, and Southwest Ambulance Sales in Kennedale, TX, as well as Granville Health System, for allowing us to display their trucks.”
The two MSV-II 170 ambulances on display in Booth #5447 are unique. The first is an MSV-II 170 Type III ambulance. It was built on a Ford E-450 and designed for Granville Health System in Oxford, NC, with the help of First Class Emergency Vehicles. For increased safety, the unit includes an EVS Pro-4 seat system, Code 3 VioSafe™ interior dome lights, and a CPR seat surrounded by angled cabinetry. In addition, to improve efficiency is the Medix industry exclusive cabinet paddle latch system, Whelen M-series exterior lighting, and custom graphics package. All combine with Medix’s standard features to deliver the industry’s highest performance value.
The second MSV-II 170 is a Type I mounted on a Ford F-450 for dealer partner Southwest Ambulance Sales. Some unique features include a lockable medication storage cabinet in the pass-through, blue interior cabinet and dome lighting to create a calming environment, and an upgraded HVAC system for warm weather climates. The MSV is a popular model in either configuration with effective designs and preset options.
Medix Specialty Vehicles will meet up with partner brands Demers Ambulances, Braun Ambulances, and Crestline Coach to showcase seven new ambulance models in total. In addition, internal team members from Medix and their dealer partners will be on hand to answer questions, walk visitors through their two display units, and more. It is an excellent opportunity for attendees to learn why Medix leads the industry in delivering high-value performance ambulances that are safe, efficient, and effective.

Attendees can pre-schedule one-on-one meetings with exhibitors to discuss their procurement needs.
