BISMARK, N.D. — An ambulance, carrying a mother and her baby, crashed at the intersection of a state and U.S. highway in McKenzie County. The condition of the patients and ambulance crew not reported.
The North Dakota State Highway Patrol said another ambulance was dispatched, reported the Bismark Tribune.
A 2014 crash report from the state Department of Transportation for major highways in the state reveals that U.S. Highway 85, the main route through the state’s prolific oil production zone, leads in all categories of fatal accidents, injury accidents and property damage accidents.
The crash is under investigation.
