KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Priority OnDemand, a national leader in medical transportation and mobile health solutions, has released its inaugural Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report. The report highlights the company’s initiatives and best practices in sustainable, equitable, and governance best practices.
CEO Bryan Gibson expressed pride in the company’s progress in ESG focus areas. He emphasized the importance of empowering employees, managing environmental impact, maintaining high levels of integrity, and giving back to communities. The company has committed to a comprehensive ESG program benchmarked to the Sustainability Account Standards Board (SASB) framework, with the aim of developing future qualitative and quantitative reporting in line with industry best practices.
Priority OnDemand has conducted its first formal materiality assessment to incorporate input from key stakeholders in its ESG strategy. The company has also established an ESG Working Group, composed of cross-functional subject matter experts from across the organization, responsible for leading the ESG strategy and overseeing corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability initiatives.
The report also details the company’s investment in resources to further environmental efforts, aiming to create collaborative, innovative, low-emission, and energy-efficient working environments. Gibson emphasized the need to invest in unique value-enhancing differentiators, such as ESG, to create a more sustainable long-term enterprise while maintaining a dedication to clinical excellence and strong customer relationships.
