TYLER, Texas — Paramedics Logistics Operating Company, LLC d/b/a Paramedics Plus, a leading provider of ground-based 911 emergency ambulance and other critical healthcare logistics solutions, has been rebranded as PatientCare Logistics Solutions, LLC (“PatientCare” or the “Company”). The corporate level rebranding reflects the Company’s continued commitment to provide the highest quality of care for each and every patient served.
PatientCare will maintain continuity with the service brands in the municipalities that the Company currently serves including: Sunstar Paramedics in Pinellas County, Florida; Three Rivers Ambulance Authority in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Paramedics Plus in Alameda County, California and in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and Paramedics Plus in East Texas.
In conjunction with the rebranding, the Company has added senior healthcare logistics industry executives Herman Schwarz and Bob Pagorek to the PatientCare senior team. Herman Schwarz, who will serve as Chairman, is the former CEO of a leading non-emergency medical transportation manager and brings more than 30 years of experience to PatientCare. Bob Pagorek, who will serve as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at a leading paratransit service operator and also brings more than 30 years of experience to PatientCare.

In March 2018, Paramedics Plus was acquired by A&M Capital Partners, LP (“A&M Capital Partners”), a middle-market private equity fund that is part of the A&M Capital Platform (“A&M Capital”), to form Paramedics Logistics Operating Company, LLC.
