COKEBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania woman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and making terroristic threats after EMS providers said she attacked and threatened them while receiving medical assistance.

Heather Marie Hissom, 36, was being treated for injuries from a fall Monday when she allegedly punched one of the Ambulance & Chair Service crew in the face, according to the Observer-Reporter. The crew member sustained injuries around her eye.

EMS personnel also reported that Hissom had threatened to kill the crew while being transported to the hospital.

In addition to aggravated assault and making terroristic threats, Hissom is charged with simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Her bond was set at $10,000.
