HERNSHAW, W.Va. — Five people were hurt in a three-vehicle crash in eastern Kanawha County on Wednesday afternoon, county sheriff’s deputies said.

A Boone County ambulance service van was among the vehicles in the accident, accident, which happened a little after 12:30 p.m. on W.Va. 94 near Hernshaw, said Kanawha County Sheriff’s Cpl. Brian Humphreys. The accident briefly closed the road.
