Madrid — Eleven people were injured Friday when a bull escaped and went on a rampage in the central Spanish town of Talavera de la Reina, ambulance services said.
The animal escaped while it was being delivered to a local stadium for a bullfight. The injured included a 9-year-old boy.
Jaime Ramos, the town’s mayor, said that no one was critically injured.
Police killed the animal by ramming it with a vehicle.
