BENGALURU, India — A traffic police officer is being awarded for stopping the President of India’s convoy so that an ambulance could pass through a busy intersection.
The Bengaluru police said they will be awarding M.L. Nijalingappa for making way for the ambulance, despite the convoy of President Pranab Mukherjee trying to pass through, according to Times Now.
