SEATTLE — A Seattle ambulance t-boned a car, leaving the driver seriously injured.
The ambulance was transporting a critical patient when it crashed into the car, Q13 Fox News reports.
The car doors were jammed, forcing the Seattle Fire Department to use extrication tools in order to pull the woman out of the car.
“The way the vehicle was up against the front of the ambulance, we needed to use special tools to cut the roof off,” Seattle Fire Department Lt. Sue Stang said.
An additional ambulance was called to the scene to transport the initial patient to the hospital.
