Jules Scadden, NREMT-P, PS is currently a staff paramedic, CQI/IT/Data Coordinator for Sac County Ambulance Service in Northwest Iowa. She is also a member of the IA-1 DMAT and Iowa State Region B DMAT teams. Jules is an active advocate for EMS serving on numerous advisory boards and committees representing EMS at the state and national level. Jules is one of the founders and past Secretary of the National EMS Museum Foundation. She is adjunct faculty for area Community Colleges, reviewer and contributor of EMS textbooks and a frequent presenter at EMS conferences on a local, state and national level.
